Best decision I ever made

I moved to ManyPets from petplan and honestly it was the best move I did! Customer service is much better, staff are super friendly and very helpful! The added bonus of being with ManyPets I get cash back and there are some really good perks, I love that I can talk to a vet at any time if I need to, although I haven't needed to use that service it gives me peace of mind knowing that I have that option. Best insurance experience of any kind I have ever had. I submitted claim on a simple form at 4pm on a Friday after visiting the vet. I had the claim settled in full and money in my bank account that evening.! Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
