We have our two cats insured with many pets and it has been great customer service when we renewed. It is a little bit pricey compared to other insurers but at least we know we have great cover. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

We’ve had some worrying times with the health of our two Pomeranians over the past few years. ManyPets have offered a kind, calm and transparent service. With other providers I always felt like they were trying to bend the meaning of the terms to their favour at a time when we were upset. ManyPets communication is best-in-class. Best decision I ever made

I moved to ManyPets from petplan and honestly it was the best move I did! Customer service is much better, staff are super friendly and very helpful! The added bonus of being with ManyPets I get cash back and there are some really good perks, I love that I can talk to a vet at any time if I need to, although I haven't needed to use that service it gives me peace of mind knowing that I have that option.
