Review of the ManyPets, Pet insurance:

Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Good but costly

I have no complaints about the experience I have had so far with Many Pets. The cost year on year is high so whether it remains a good choice for us we will have to see. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Always quick to answer emails. Had no problems whatsoever since I started my dogs insurance 2 years ago. Direct debit every month on time. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Simple, efficient, and client friendly!

Whenever I've had a query they've solved it really promptly and updating Artemis' details when we moved was so easy. Plus when he picked up a parasite they were so good about getting his bills paid and it's so easy to upload the invoices and claim. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Good value for comprehensive insurance coverage

5
This was by far the best value cover we found for the kind of comprehensive cover we wanted. We were burned in the past when we had insurance cover that only lasted 1 year, and after that 1 year the insurance would not cover the same illness/problem anymore, which doesn't help if the health issue is chronic. So we wanted to make sure we found a cover that would continue to work even after one year. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
