Many pets number 1 pet insurers

I’ve had my sprocker insured with many pets from day one, excellent service brilliant perks, customer service is second to none yes it goes up in price but the t’s and c’s doesn’t so there’s no worries regarding what when or how, some insurers from past experience when lost a dog they didn’t cover you for anything if they past away so sadley had that massive hit hope this is helping whoever reads this Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Good for claims, bad for continuing customers

We had to make a claim for conjunctivitis last year and when we did it was paid out very quickly with little issue. However our renewal price then went up by almost 25% and we couldn’t remove the option to not cover conjunctivitis moving forwards. We got a new quote for Koda from ManyPets and the new price was less than we were already paying, but when we called ManyPets they said they couldn’t match their own prices. We ended up signing up as a new customer instead of renewing, purely because other insurers are so much more expensive. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Our dog dog attacked twice in the last 3 months and both times ManyPets covered all the treatments and gave us reassurance with the online vet service they have. We were abroad for the first one and weren’t able to see a vet, we spoke to a vet via video call and managed to take care of our pup! Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Excellent pet insurance

We have had a great experience with ManyPets. Our cat had a fall out of a window - treatment was expensive, however the cover provided was paid back in full exceptionally fast with no hassle. I would recommend to all pet owners. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
