Rolo had a seizure nearly 2 years ago, it was a very scary and traumatic time for all of us. Having never used pet insurance before, I wasn't too sure how to go about things, I called the customer care line and the advice given was second to none, made it so easy. Pet insurance at an affordable price! It's good to know there's a company that isn't charging the earth for people who want to keep their pets healthy. The free online consultations are great if you just want a bit of reassurance too. I've already recommended you to a couple of friends and (provided your prices don't leap up stratospheric ally) I'll be happy to do so again. Just hope I never need to make a claim. I lost my cat Rosie 3years ago ,dye to liver cancer ,and many pets was there for me ,from taking Rosie to vets till she had to be put to sleep ,they paid everything ,I was covered for ,so hadn't nothing to worry about ,so now roci is insured with many pets ,thanks guys Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
