Good price and great perks

The monthly rate we pay is very competitive and most of all we love the access to FirstVet video appointments so we can check issues before taking our cat to the vet in person, as we live rurally and she is extremely anxious about travel. I’ve claimed a few times for my dog Cooper when he was ill, and the customer service I received was second to none. The bill I paid was paid back into my account the same day of claim. Also phoned regarding a payment query and that was dealt with efficiently. Will definitely stay with Many Pets for peace of mind!!! Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
