Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Brilliant service and super friendly staff over the phone

I've been with manypets for nearly 4 years now and after just a few months my staffie bella got dermatitis condition all over her skin which resulted in her needing injections every 4-8 weeks for it and they are not cheap any manypets covered this bill without hesitation for me which was a great help as they cost nearly 100 pounds everytime with the injection and vet fee Thanks manypets ur 10/10 for me super company Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Problem Free Insurance Services

My dogs ate grapes and had to be rushed to an out of hours vet. They were kept in overnight for observation having received treatment. Many Pets payed out really quickly with no hassles at all. Very happy! Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Great Company

When our dog broke his leg in December our old insurance wouldn’t pay out. Luckily for us it was up for renewal in January 2022. We found ‘Bought by Many’ upon checking they would insure Barney’s leg in two years time on the policy. Jus is a total ease of mind for ourselves as a family!
