Quick help when you need it most

Our labrador is a ball of furious energy and as such, we've had occasion to claim through our insurance twice for paw-related injuries. Both times, Many Pets were very quick to respond and on the second occasion we received the money for our claim on the same day it was submitted. Not cheap but good service

I've used Many Pets for a few years now and the premiums have increased quite significantly. However, I found them comparable with other pet insurance companies and the level of service Many Pets provide is second to none. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Brilliant company

I had 5 pets with them on a multi cover policy. It's their premium cover and yes it costs a bit but it gives me complete peace of mind. I unfortunately have needed to make several claims and have the process simple and easy. These have been claims direct to me or to the vet and both have been smooth. Whenever I have had to speak to customer service representatives they are polite and extremely helpful. My claims are paid and I have no real issues. So I couldn't really ask for any more than that. Been with Many Pets since 2020. Found them to be really helpful. Online vets very good. Prompt payment when making a claim. Have no plans to change insurers and hope to be with them for many years. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Simple and efficient

I have been dealing with Many Pets for at least 3 years for my 3 cats one who has a long term issue . Year on year they have been suportive and straightforward. I always know where I stand and what to expect. Thay are also very competitive, not the cheapest but not dearest either and I feel that I trust their service . Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Brilliant service and super friendly staff over the phone

I've been with manypets for nearly 4 years now and after just a few months my staffie bella got dermatitis condition all over her skin which resulted in her needing injections every 4-8 weeks for it and they are not cheap any manypets covered this bill without hesitation for me which was a great help as they cost nearly 100 pounds everytime with the injection and vet fee Thanks manypets ur 10/10 for me super company Reviewed on: 10th October 2022
