Problem Free Insurance Services

My dogs ate grapes and had to be rushed to an out of hours vet. They were kept in overnight for observation having received treatment. Many Pets payed out really quickly with no hassles at all. Very happy! Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

When our dog broke his leg in December our old insurance wouldn’t pay out. Luckily for us it was up for renewal in January 2022. We found ‘Bought by Many’ upon checking they would insure Barney’s leg in two years time on the policy. Jus is a total ease of mind for ourselves as a family! Barney had not had a single problem so far but the service we have had enquirying about policies has been 100 %. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Have had to make 2 claims and the process is quick and simple. Claims were not disputed. First claim experience was wonderful, second time I had to chase as it hadn’t progressed after 8 weeks. It was sorted fairly quickly after that and appeared to be an error in the system. Customer service team great for advice and renewal queries. Would recommend to family and friends.
