Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

We had our first claim and that was dealt with very simply and quickly. We then found out that our initial claim was for the wrong amount as the vet had provided an estimate rather than the full bill that was higher. We called and resolved this within minutes with no problems. This service could not be better. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Iv claimed a few times from Many Pets and each time has been very easy. Online form so you can fill it in anytime & they paid later the same day and best of all my renewal price is less than what I’m paying now. Reviewed on: 9th October 2022

We've used Many Pets since 2020 and they've been amazing! Our dog has allergy issues and has needed quite a few trips to the vets. This has resulted in a number of claims with Many Pets.
