Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

so far so good!

I haven't had to use them yet thankfully but they are easy to use not too expensive and seem to provide decent coverage and its much easier to have all three cats under the same plan! Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

Great company

We have not had to make a claim yet. As our dog is onlly 3years old. If you don't make a claim you get money back annually. Setting up the service was quick and easy. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
