Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

The dog saw the vet at 9:30.am I put my claim in at 12:10pm Payment in full was confirmed by 16:10pm Money in my bank account the next day. Simple, quick and efficient. What more do you want? Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Incredible comprehensive and competitive service!

I'm a total numpty when it comes to insurance but Many Pets had the time and patience to clarify everything, were by far the most competitive price and cover wise. Only left as moved abroad and, even then, was surprised with an automatic refund for time left on cover! Most impressed!! All insurance companies should be like this! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
