Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Best ever for pets

This is the perfect cover for our two Tibetan terriers. They are very easy to deal with when needed and you can talk to a human. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Best insurance ever

Many pets pay out very quickly, the process couldn’t be easier. My dog recently had a serious accident followed by illness for several months, knowing how quick and easy the claims process is, made decisions at the vets much easier. If it wasn’t for Many Pets, I would have lost my dog as I could not have afforded all the treatment she needed to get her well again. I am never using any other pet insurance supplier.
