Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Many pets go above and Beyond

Caring staff,who seem genuine and very freindly,very easy to make a claim and if approved money in your account within 24 hours,cant fault them and I've been with them for a few years now and they've been with me for my dog who has had two cancerous tumours removed...and who is still here thanks to them.
