The video vet included in the insurance is an excellent back up and I have used it on numerous occasions saving costly visits to the vet. When I have need to make a claim, it’s very easy to use on line and our vet can also submit the claim. Both my claims have been paid in a timely manner. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

Amazing place, my dog loves it.

I've found this ManyPets insurance to be very helpful, with an easy-to-use UI and great value for the wide range of coverage provided. The payout process is impressively quick. However, I think the website could benefit from a few improvements, such as the ability to update pet details online without needing to call. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
