Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Quick no quibble payment

English bull terrier swallowed tennis ball whole. Vets had to perform emergency surgery to take it out of my dogs stomach. I completed the online claims form which was easy and the vet sent his bill to Many Pets who settled the vets bill. A quick and simple process in a time of emergency.
