Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great service from ManyPets

I recently had to make a claim following a trip to the vets with my puppy and they dealt with sorting my claim so quickly. It was completely fuss free and their communication was amazing. I would 100% recommend ManyPets. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Help when most needed

Just what you need when you are out of your mind with worry over your dog who is in pain and needs an operation. Many Pets shouldered all the worry by dealing directly with my veterinary practice and saved me having to chase anyone. Worth every penny. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Amazing experience

I am so glad I insured my Birman cat with Many Pets. He became ill with Epilepsy at a very young age. Many Pets was very easy to deal with with claims dealt with very swiftly sometimes even the next day, which made a stressful situation alot easier. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Many Pets provide THE best service. All claims are very quickly dealt with and call ganders are very knowledgeable and very friendly.
