Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Everyone should insure with Manypets

within 1 week of insuring with manypets i told everyone i knew with a pet to do the same, user friendly website and the vet 24 hr call videos are a fantastic benefit which i have made good use of avoiding vet consultation fees! thankyou many pets! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Truly Fabulous Service

I have been with Many Pets for my 5 labradors for several years. Thankfully I haven’t needed to make a claim more than a handful of times. Recently however my naughty lab Cerys decided to raid the shopping whilst it was still in the boot of the car and managed to eat fruit cake!!! Off we went to the vets directly Where she was treated overnight and returned home the following day a little subdued but otherwise non the worse for wear! I made the claim with Many Pets on line ( so incredibly simple!) and literally 48 hrs later the money in full was in my account!! No stress and no hassle. Very pleased

I have been so pleasantly surprised with this company. When my dog was a pup she was ill a few times and I was really worried because I was new to having the responsibility of a dog.
