Several claims in the last policy year. All of these were dealt with professionally and in good time. Never any need to progress. Very fair treatment. Once Manypets have all your pet's medical history their claims system is simple, and payments are made promptly. Claims can be paid to you or your vet for your convenience. Our dog became terminally ill, and we had to make many claims over a 3-month period. All the claims were paid promptly vastly easing an already stressful situation.
