Truly Fabulous Service

I have been with Many Pets for my 5 labradors for several years. Thankfully I haven’t needed to make a claim more than a handful of times. Recently however my naughty lab Cerys decided to raid the shopping whilst it was still in the boot of the car and managed to eat fruit cake!!! Off we went to the vets directly Where she was treated overnight and returned home the following day a little subdued but otherwise non the worse for wear! I made the claim with Many Pets on line ( so incredibly simple!) and literally 48 hrs later the money in full was in my account!! No stress and no hassle. I have been so pleasantly surprised with this company. When my dog was a pup she was ill a few times and I was really worried because I was new to having the responsibility of a dog. All the staff I spoke to on the phone we’re really lovely and helpful, but it wasn’t all talk. My claims were processed very quickly and efficiently. Extremely grateful. Thank you.
