Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Excellent customer service and excellent claims service!

I have a chihuahua who suffers with really bad skin conditions and I was amazed after putting in my first claim and them paying me the very next day, they’ve been like that every time she’s needed treatment and it’s even on occasion been paid back to me the very same day! What other insurance company does that!!?? It’s unheard of so I would 100% recommend this company. Also when I’ve needed some advice they have been so easy to get hold of and always been polite, helpful & understanding. I would definitely vote for these guys, they’re definitely worth every penny and they’re the cheapest I’ve found. Can’t go wrong! Thanks guys, A brilliant company. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Excellent prompt pay out

We have requested the help from Many Pets on a few occasions over the past 12 months and each time the claim has been paid out speedily. The policy we have only takes out the excess once in the policy year regardless of claims for any other claims/conditions, which I believe is a huge positive. Happy and soo easy!

I have been with Many Pets for a few years now. Very good prices. I had to make a claim recently and it was extremely simple to do online. Within 6/7 hours I had confirmation about my claim and payment followed. Very happy with them. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

No Fuss, No Bother, No Worries

Sadly we had to make a claim for our puppy for numerous procedures. Our vet dealt with Many Pets direct and we were able to follow the claims on our account.
