Just - brilliant!

I am so impressed with Manypets. My young dog has recently been diagnosed with exocrine pancreatic insufficiency and will be on medication for life. Manypets settled my initial claim within 48 hours and continuation claims have been paid even more quickly. The process of claiming is quick and easy - just upload invoice and history which can be done either by vet or pet owner, and I've experienced none of the insurance "queries" and general time wasting practiced by some other companies (as a vet nurse I've had dealings with all of them) and on top of all that they are incredibly reasonably priced. Absolutely fantastic company!

I have been with Many Pets (formally, Bought By Many) for just over two years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service that I have been provided with. Customer service is fantastic, staff are so helpful and have always answered all my calls almost immediately. On the one occasion that I did submit a claim, it was dealt with promptly, I was given regular updates on the progress on my claim and they paid out in FULL sooner than they estimated. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service and I will not be considering switching to another provider anytime soon! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Great policy straightforward claims process

My dog has a lot of health issues during her first year. claims that were straightforward were settle immediately some were a little more complex and required consultation with my vet. But were also settled without any chasing from me. Very transparent. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Excellent customer service and excellent claims service!

I have a chihuahua who suffers with really bad skin conditions and I was amazed after putting in my first claim and them paying me the very next day, they’ve been like that every time she’s needed treatment and it’s even on occasion been paid back to me the very same day! What other insurance company does that!!?? It’s unheard of so I would 100% recommend this company. Also when I’ve needed some advice they have been so easy to get hold of and always been polite, helpful & understanding. I would definitely vote for these guys, they’re definitely worth every penny and they’re the cheapest I’ve found. Can’t go wrong! Thanks guys, A brilliant company. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
