Up till last year we were very pleased with the service & price. This year our renewal came through and it had almost doubled and came as a shock. Phoned up and dropped the amount of cover to get the premium down which was a shame but had to be done Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

Extra care and attention

My cats were involved in a traumatic experience with a fire at my home. They needed to be kept in a cattery for almost a month and although the underwriters would not approve the full amount in the exceptional circumstances, the constant updates and care and effort that went into trying to get me reimbursed was reassuring. In the end I was compensated a portion in good will. Manypets really do care about animals as they called to check in how Miku and Chibi were doing. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

Perks that pay for the Policy Premium.

Fortunately I have yet to need to claim, but the perks that come along with the policy, such as free FirstVet video calls, is enough to offset the cost in the premium through avoided vet trips. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

One policy for all pets.

Cover is good value for all my pets on one policy, when I did need to claim it was done on line, all approved and I received payment for treatment very quickly. Any dealings I have had over the phone the customer service has been excellent Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
