We have been with many pets for two years almost and in this time we’ve had help and support from the online vet service, we’ve put through claims due to a couple of reasons our dog had to be seen and treated. Nothing has been any trouble, it’s all been dealt with through the app and we’ve had excellent customer service. Thank you many pets. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

Haven't had a chance to actually use the insurance yet. There was one small claim for prescribed medicine for my pub but I haven't heard anything for months. I assume it'd be fine for bigger claims. Apart from that, ManyPets has nice benefits like free access to online vet pretty much any time and some discounts on pet products which is nice. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

I love the vet video calls with the plan.
