Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Magnificent Many Pets Insurance

I put in my claim on a Monday Morning, included my invoices that i had paid. The monies were in my bank account by 2pm the same afternoon. I could not believe it. The claim was for over £400 so I thought it would take a while. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Reassuringly good

Claims process is straight forward and payments prompt. They don’t increase the premium on a dog until they reach 9 years of age unlike most others at 8 years. Website claim process east to use and I make my own claims online. Have recommended to a friend. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
