Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Best Pet Insurer Ever!

I joined Many Pets in 2017 and within a few weeks my cat got sick, they sorted everything without query-on a brand new policy. Fast forward to 2021/2 and my cat was taken seriously Ill and passed away, the team at ManyPets has been fantastic, dealing with the vet directly. I’ve recommended them to several pet owners. The advisors are helpful and caring, they treat you like a human being and are prepared to help. I’d be be reluctant to ever move my policies anywhere else. The customer service is excellent and even in the rare event, there is an issue, it sorted out quickly. They deserve to win an award just for putting up with me and my cat army! Excellent service

Only a week or so after taking insurance cover we made a claim for our dog Eddie. A quick phone call to Many Pets, giving the necessary information The claim was sorted very quickly and the money was in our bank account within 10 days. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Simplicity itself!

I have had pet insurance before elsewhere and when I took out a policy with Many Pets for my new Dog I expected the same by way of service and experience. Wrong on all levels. Really good customer service when making enquiries and evaluating policy options and since I have needed to make a claim - WOW! - no lengthy claims process and refreshingly no surprise deductions. Apart from the excess that is it, the claim is paid. It couldn't be more simple and vastly different to my past experiences with previous insurers. So happy I have found Many Pets. Great support when needed

I cannot fault the experience that I have had , the insurance cover fitted my needs , it has helped my bulldog Ernie with his issues since a pup , I would highly recommend many pets cover to anyone , I have had no issues at all since I have been with them . Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Great customer service

My experience with many pets has always been good. Whenever I've phoned the service has been polite and efficient. Although the prices have quite steeply increased this year even though we haven't claimed. I have not been able to find a comparable product for the price. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
