Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Fantastic Insurance company

Very helpful!

They were really helpful in finding a quote that worked for me with my kitten who has a pre existing condition. Especially after other insurance companies had treated us so cruelly when our kitten was very ill. Many pets were fantastic and so kind. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Professional, friendly & affordable

Excellent service when my lab Sunny had a mast cell tumour. No forms to fill in. I just spoke to a really helpful gentleman over the phone and from then on Many Pets dealt directly with my vet. Efficient & Friendly
