Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great Company

Great care

My 3yr old Springer was recently diagnosed with a heart problem . After a quick phone call a scan was authorised and she’s now on medication for the rest of her hopefully long life . . All claims dealt with easily and with great sympathy from the staff . Thanks xx Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Affordable premiums, good cover and efficient claims process

Excellent Claims Service

My cat was recently diagnosed with Vestibular Disease. The diagnosis involved a number of tests including a brain scan which cost £2500. Many Pets paid the claim extremely quickly and efficiently as they were able to deal with the Veterinary Hospital directly.
