Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Fantastic service!

I have been with what was Bought by Many at the time, since its very early days when it was a little known pet insurance. The cover looked amazing so I took a chance and insured my greyhound with them. Unfortunately I had to make a claim fairly early on. My vets were a little unsure about accepting a direct payment as they had had no dealings with them before! Amazing all round service

My bulldog went through very challenging checks to get to the bottom of a lame leg . Ct scans x rays . Camera in the knee . My insurance were amazing and settled direct with the vets . Wouldn’t use any other insurance. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
