Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Professional, good multi pet discount, easy claims process

The website and claim process is easy to navigate. Having multi-pet discount was really important to me as I have 6 dogs! Being able to choose the right level of cover is great. Many pets have been so supportive with all my 4 dogs I would recommend them all the way

My female dog needed an emergency C section and Many pets made it possible as they covered the cost when we would not have been able too. One of her Pups suffered with puppy strangles and they also covered that when he was only weeks old, they saved his life as far as we are concerned Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Professional and efficient service

Best Pet insurance I have ever used

I have claimed twice on my insurance as my puppy swallowed socks on 2 occasions and needed urgent medical attention . The online claims form and user experience was absolutely excellent to use . Simple ,easy and fast. My claim was settled in a matter of a couple of days ,no problems . Straight forward no hoops to jump through just excellent service . Very honest and reliable company.

Feel very relaxed knowing many pets are my insurance company, I work in a vets and lots of people come in with the same recommendation, Staff are very helpful with any queries and get back to emails within a few days. All the policies have a great range of cover. Good and fair prices through out that tailor to your pets needs. Fantastic company through out and put on a fantastic range of shows at dogfest! Fantastic customer service

I have had reason to claim for two of my three Cavaliers and I have to say Many Pets have been brilliant each time. The staff are always so helpful and explain everything to me fully. I never have felt rushed when renewing my pet insurance . I also feel they really care about my pets . I would never go with any other company . Wonderful service

I have three cats, all covered by ManyPets since they were kittens. The service from ManyPets over these many years has always been exceptional. Whenever I have needed to place a claim, their response has always been friendly, extremely helpful, and always very efficient. I've never found myself waiting or wondering if I will be able to afford medical care for my cats.
