ManyPets helped our 7 year old pug beat cancer.

ManyPets were there for us this year when our dog, 7 year old pug Smith, was diagnosed with Lymphoma. He underwent four rounds of chemotherapy and is now cancer free, but we couldn't have done it without ManyPets. They handled our claims professionally, liaising with our vet directly which minimised the work for us at a very stressful time. The only downside was that the claims sometimes took up to 2 months to settle, despite each claim being a continuation of his existing condition. However, Smith is happy and healthy now, and doesn't need to go back for further treatment unless something recurs. It would not be this way without ManyPets. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

Quick to pay out with no hassle

The first claim was paid around 12 hours after the claim was made. The second was partially paid after a few weeks but ManyPets were waiting for info from the vets. The other half is still under review as it could be classed as “pet maintenance”. The claims procedure was very easy and straightforward and the phone is always answered quickly.
