Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Number one insurer for new pet owners!

Many pets provide comprehensive cover and care for my 2 cats. They have been very good at communicating since we signed up and clear about how they can help. I have found them to be extremely efficient and on the ball at all times. Would highly recommend their excellent services, especially to brand new pet owners as we were. Excellent company with brilliant customer service
