A package of thoughtful and helpful support for both pet and owner

I was reluctant to take on another pet after my very special cat Charlie past away a few years ago at the age of 10 but a dear friend now approaching 102 asked me to take on his special cat Oscar roughly the same age, it was the support I received from Bought by Many that finally convinced me and I am truly grateful to them for accepting Oscar and allowing me to help my friend in this special way. I would not hesitate in recommending Bought by Many for anyone looking to insure their beloved pets. Through personal experience I have received the utmost of outstanding customer service, the staff are all personable, caring and compassionate whilst speaking to you and I have never had an issue making a claim. Very sadly last year I lost my cat whilst on the operating table. An exploratory investigation had already been authorised but what they found was inoperable. To say I was devastated was an understatement; I was too distressed to even think about contacting insurers again. I need not have worried as everything was completely taken care of and they liaised directly with my vet throughout. Not once did I have to contact them, I received text messages along the way to tell me my claim was being settled. I received a credit for payments made that month and my new monthly payment for multiple pets was recalculated without me lifting a finger. I even received a sympathy card. You 100% have my vote. Best Pet Insurer

I am so pleased with my pet insurance from step 1. I had a discount of over 200£ of the annual policy just for joining and recently I was recommended by them to complete for my dog and I received free 10kg of dog food which is amazing. I have used a few of the options that are included in my policy and everything is so easy and everyone is helpful and polite over the phone. Excellent Pet Insurance

Very happy I decided to go with BoughtbyMany pet insurance for my two Irish Setters, have had to claim for both and was delighted when my claim was settled so quickly, the customer service staff were so helpful and made a very worrying time less stressful. excellent customer service when you have a claim and quick to respond to any query. great service and pet information and a vet on line for any problems you may have with your pet or just a little worried about anything pet related. would highly recommend great value for money and excess very good as only pay one excess in any year even if you had to claim twice or more in a year.
