Fortunately to date I have not had to claim on my many pets insurance. This is primarily due to the inclusive Vet on demand video service who have been excellent in diagnosing the problem and providing the treatment. As anticipated by the vet a visit to the surgery was not needed. Had I not had this service and a visit to the vet incurred I would be out of pocket when you consider the cost a vet visit is more than the total I pay per year in insurance. Many Pets is excellent. The customer service is professional caring understanding efficient and value for money. I insured my late dog with them for many years and I now insure my present dog. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
