They provide good levels of cover at a good price compared to other insurers. \in my experience of making a claim it was dealt with promptly and I was kept informed of the progress. Payment was also prompt. The claim has not affected the premium for the following year either. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Was only with bbm a short time and had to make a claim, the dealt with vet directly and paid the outstanding balance within 2 weeks, you are already worried with your pet being unwell, without the worry and stress of vets payments and claim forms, all that is taken from you with bbm, all you have to do is go on line put name and a brief details of claim and they do the rest, made this hard time so much easier for me, would highly recommend bbm Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
