Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great would definitely recommend

So far we haven’t had to make any claims, but our experience has been good super simple to sign up and they send us emails with a lot of great information included they also offer discounts for various pet related things with their insurance. But so far put favourite thing has been the option to facetime a vet we have used this a couple times and has came in handy to avoid a large charge of the in person vets.
