Efficient and hassle free

I had to claim on my insurance when my cat Teddy took unwell out of hours! I paid my deposit to the vets and bought by many did the rest. They kept me updated as to where they were in the process of my claim. I didn't need to worry about cost and could focus on getting Teddy better. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

We have never thought to insure out dogs before with horror stories of premiums going up with age and claims but thought we would look in to it this time. Sure enough BBM have a policy to cover you. A policy that won’t go up with age, illnesses or claims. We have already had a claim in the first year and they paid out no questions asked. Highly recommend Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

An insurance that covers everything

After finding our dog was expecting puppies we tried to find an insurance incase of any difficulties during in labour (which there was). Bought by many was the only insurance company that covered pregnancy and birth. Currently going through our first claim for c-section and everything running smoothly. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
