I got my first pet earlier this year; I knew pet insurance was a must but was a bit unsure about how it all worked. Bought By Many have been such a pleasure to deal with! All of their policies are really easy to understand so you know exactly what you’re paying and what cover you’re getting. The fact that they also can deal with my vet directly is also a huge bonus with no waiting around to be paid back any costs, I can rest easy knowing that my vet bills are all being taken care of. I’ve been with BBM for 2 and a half years now and was really impressed with the ease of claiming when my leg was unwell. The customer service advisers were great and nice not having to fill in Claim forms for the vets too. Highly recommend Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Very easy company to communicate with. The policy premium for our 2 cats went up this year at renewal without any claims being made but after a chat with a Knowledgeable representative over the phone it made sense as to why. The Communication we also receive each month regarding DD payments and other interesting pet related information if Easy to understand. Excellent service! Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
