I love the ethos of Bought by Many. The pet care articles are relevant and interesting. If you don’t claim in a year, the premium reduces ; a very nice surprise! Good value compared to other similar products, and the service I have received has been great. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Turning insurance on its head

Been with Bought By Many for a few years now, they just get better-and-better. Very easy to deal with and want to help rather than just be obstructive or refer to terms and conditions which a lot of other insurers do, like we experienced before. Had a pet first aid course and video calls with vets as part of our policy. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

We had only adopted our dog Toby a few months previously when he started limping and falling, he needed an expensive operation. I was so worried that we would not qualify for full cover as we had only had him a short while, and he may have to be PTS. I phoned customer services in tears they were wonderful Che led everything out there and then making sure Toby could have his operation, so kind did not rush me making sure I was 100% sorted out, amazing company, Toby is fine now Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
