Our claims were easy to put in and were paid directly to the vet without issue. The premiums have gone up each year, but by a sensible amount (~£10 pa) so the policy is still affordable for our now 6 year old greyhound. Lowest excess of any company I researched, which is very important, plus the cheapest lifetime insurance by far. I actively recommend BBM to anyone who asks about a good pet insurance company.
