Found the initial set up easy. Have found the staff friendly and helpful when making a claim or just asking a question about my policy. Having the 24 vet service is a great bonus and used within a few weeks of having the policy. My claim was processed quickly and I was kept up to date with the progress. They may not be the cheapest but the amount of cover and extras given is worth the money. Have recommended to everyone asking about pet insurance. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Having only been insured for one week, our beautiful pup was attacked and myself, by a dog off the lead. The claims process was excellent and swift, shame the vets didn't have the same attitude, to continue to claim directly as the claim is open to do so! Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

I got a puppy just before lockdown from Battersea contacting brought by many during the first few week of lockdown with people working from home it was so easy to speak to someone sort out what plan would suit my new puppy .
