Easy claim process, great cover

I have recommended Bought by Many to a lot of people over the last 3+ years since I’ve had policies with BBM for my 3 adopted dogs. The claims process is hassle free, Customer Service is fantastic when I’ve had queries. My vets’ admin have said BBM are very easy to deal with too. I can’t recommend them enough. Have pet insurance and am happy about the cover provided. Touch wood not had to use it yet but good to know my dog is covered for any unexpected illnesses or injuries. Have only experienced customer service via email due to the pandemic but overall good communication. To be honest I’ve rarely needed customer service since taking out the policy.
