Easing the Stress

When my beloved cat seemed a bit off and wasn't as lively as usual, the initial video consult included with the policy was a great way to either get reassurance that nothing was amiss or to get reassurance that you weren't simply panicking over nothing. With the symptoms explained and following her direction, we got an immediate appointment with our vet. After various tests and scans, it transpired she had swallowed something solid that was just too big for her to pass. She had blood tests, scans, and operation, overnight care and follow up appointments. It was great knowing that we could just focus on following the vets advice to help our girl recover and not have to worry about all the bills that were mounting. Thank you soooo much Bought By Many. The way you handled everything and kept me informed of progress of all parts of the claim so that I didn't have to worry was brilliant. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
