Excellent customer service, easy to use claims service. Payment for claims is quick. I have made three claims in just over twelve months, I am mightily impressed with Bought by Many, everything is online, no need to worry about posting forms. They do all the leg work, getting information from the vet, it is far and away the best pet insurance I have ever used. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Cat astrophe

Having insured my cats all my life, it's a "cat astrophe I didn't find Bought by Many before. Having switched to Bought by many from previous pet insurers, in recent years, not only have I saved money, but on the one occasion I've claimed, the customer service was faultless. With this company I never have to worry about if my little dogs are safe if I need to make a claim they are always there most eager to help and you can feel that what ever the problem is you are in safe hands when my older dog taffy was very ill and could of died they were so kind and helpful and even now because he is on hill's prescription diet food for the rest of his life all I have to do is claim for it every year and that pay for it no quibble I will never change to another company I am disabled my 2 Shih Tzu's are my constant companions and thanks to bought by many they have better health care than me so thank you with all my heart to all the wonderful staff at bought by many from me and taffy and blodwyn xxx Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Fantastic prices and trustworthy

Personal opinion, I have always had pets and BBM is by far the best I’ve been with I terms of claim turn over and cover available. I work as a veterinary receptionist and can safely say they are by far the most professional and modern company I have experienced. I have 4 dogs and their prices are brilliant.
