Impeccable insurance

Although luckily we haven’t had to claim on insurance for our puppy I’ve only ever heard good things about bought for many pet insurance from other pet owners down to the vets themselves that have them as authorised insurers. I also find it useful that the insurance has an app called first vet, which is free for appointments with verified vets via FaceTime which puts your mind at ease for any smaller concerns which might be bothering you. I have recently recommended it to family and I’m sure they will find this company just as useful. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Good value and reliable

I've got the moneyback policy meaning if I don't claim I get a % of my premium refunded at the end of the policy year. Both my cat and dog are covered and having claimed for my dog I didn't expect a refund. However I was given a pro rata refund for my cay which I thought was great. The claims service was excellent. They dealt directly with the vets, I didn't have to do anything. The one time I had a query they responded really quickly. Very efficient all round, would definitely recommend. So Easy

We made a claim for our young gsd. The process was so easy. The online form has a minimum of questions to answer and our vet has also mentioned how easy it is to give BBM the information they require. When we had a query, the lady on the helpline was extremely helpful and gave us all information we needed. BBM text us regularly to update us with how our claim is progressing. Best product on the market by far and tip top customer service

I have never made a claim on pet insurance before and wasn't aware that consultation fees would be included in my cover so I didn't include these fees in my claim. The claim was processed very quickly and without quibble and the payment I received included the consultation fees which I hadn't even claimed for! Fantastic service and I'm reassured that should I ever need to claim again if my pet becomes seriously unwell, I wont be have the additional worry of financial hardship or wrangling to contend with. Easy online access to everything but also good phone contact. Email and Text updates. Handled a claim quickly and efficiently with good communication. Very pleased so far. Have used other pet insurers but won’t go back! Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
