In difficult times, you made it easy.

Our kitten Lycan, became ill. We suspected he’d been stung by a bee or eaten bluebells. He became lethargic & couldn’t walk. He began to struggle breathing. We rushed him to the vets. They put Lycan on fluids, gave him steroids & kept him overnight. Thankfully he was ok & home with us by the next day. Bought By Many gave us peace of mind & ensured us that what ever our kitten needed, he’d have all the help & necessary care he could get and we didn’t have to worry about an expensive bill. This year has been stressful when we found out our beautiful German Spitz had a liver and kidney problem, All the way through the treatment so far ,They have been amazing. I have had to call a few times , and all staff have been understanding and they are extremely professional at their job , But they put care and understanding into each phone call and make sure they do their best .Thank you ! I have had maximum level cover for my Lurcher since he was rescued in March 2019. We have had to claim due to injuries on two occasions. No issues at all, vets more than happy to hear we have insured with Bought By Many. My premium went up by only 20pence a month despite claims...cannot fault them Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
