My cat was hit by a car and needed a very complex operation followed by a second corrective operation 6 weeks later. The Bought by many customer service rep was excellent and put my mind at rest regarding payment and said that they would from now on liaise with the vet surgery direct, this took the stress off of me at a very difficult time. They did not have to contact me at all and I found the Whole process hassle free. I have already recommended Bought by many to my friend who has now insured her 2 puppies with them.
