Amazing Customer Service

Many Pets have been fantastic with us and our rescue dog. We cannot fault the service that we have had. Claims are dealt with quickly and the information that they give customers is fantastic. Good value for money.

Good value for money pet insurance. Its easy to make a claim online. Can take a while for claims to be settled but don’t think that has been helped by Covid. The communication from Bought By Many is good so I always know what’s happening with my claim. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
