So far I have had nothing but praise to offer. The rates are very competitive, the service is trustworthy and my previous claims, and a claimS made by a family member, were settled without any issues; all possible online. I would highly recommend Bought By Many. I have also taken advantage of their offers of a free dog first aid course and food offer recommendations with discounts. I have never claimed and had several insurers but this was the first company that seemed fair and not out to make your pet's problems a misery for you and your pet. I won't leave anytime soon, this company makes me feel my Labrador has the best safety net. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
