I have had an amazing service everytime I can recommend to someone on social media I do. I wasnt with them long with my 2 cats and my 7 year old developed kidney failure despite the amount of time with them they never argued the bill I called them a couple of times and got the most sympathetic people helping me along the way they offered all the support they could and I even received a HANDWRITTEN condolences card from them which is now with her ashes and that little touch told me all I needed to know what a beautiful thing and I spoke to a member of their team to tie up some loose ends and I mentioned the card and he informed me in the anniversary of them working they get a birthday card and I just think what a lovely touch!!!! We recently had to take our dog to the vet who injured his foot. Just one phone call to bought by many and they dealt directly with the vet through the whole process. His treatment went on for weeks and at no point was I stressed about how big the bill was going to be. Thank you for making a stressful time, well Un-stressful! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
